My career can be summed up in three stages, although it is more correct to speak about three main skills:

Digital Thinker. Expert in Social Change

I have spent a lot of energy to analyze, think and organize social change, especially in relation to the development of Technology and in particular Internet. I worked as a teacher and academic researcher, before collaborating with the private sector, but I'm still writing and lecturing on the digital world.

Internet Business Expert. Experienced in Technology Shift

Companies where I developed my work has always been in the Technology Industry. I started working so early in the booming Internet sector, that I can consider me one of the pioneers and drivers in Spain. I love this Industry for its thrilling dynamism. I have had the opportunity and privilege to lead high performance teams that have developed innovative products.

International Strategist. Experienced in Change Management

In recent years I have been able to develop an international career in the development of business projects, which has been very enriching. The greatest difficulty I encountered in the development of such internet projects, has been on the inside of the large firms. The traditional Industry is inexorably led to a radical change which involves the transition to Internet platforms that will help the drastic reduction of costs required by the crisis, but in consequence forces to the reorganization of their processes and even leave its foundations. Similarly, the Internet start-ups as they grow or are acquired, they must change their enterpreneurship processes to higher-efficiency ones, but without losing the dynamism. The management of cultural change at these companies is the key to success.
